This notice explains the information you choose to share with Moving Million Inc, DBA Million Movers, through this website, and how CubitMove supports the recording, inventory, and quote review flow.

What you share

The website also saves the name, email, reference, and message you submit through the contact form for company staff and authorized CubitMove operators to review. The walkthrough collects your move details and the room recordings you choose to submit. Record belongings you want to move. Avoid including people, identity documents, financial paperwork, or anything you do not want included.

How the recordings are used

Recordings are sent to the CubitMove processing service to create a room-by-room item list. Million Movers reviews the resulting inventory, moving details, and care notes to prepare your quote.

Who can review your report

Million Movers staff access reports through their company workspace. Authorized CubitMove operators can access relevant report data and processing activity for support and monitoring. Staff dashboards do not display your room videos.

Recordings on this device

While you prepare your walkthrough, recordings are saved in this browser so you can retry processing. You can remove an unsubmitted room from the walkthrough. Removing it here does not delete a copy that has already reached the processing service.
